    All digital products have instructions included with them. If you have purchased a course, you may be sent a PDF with instructions on what to expect with your course. You may not have access to it immediately but this does not mean it wasn’t purchased. The Envy Collective team reserves the right to 24-48 business hours to create and give access to these courses.

  • There is a $25 Service Fee for digital products that require to be sent out manually due to loss of files or failure to download. Please ensure that you download via desktop and to multiple places to never lose important files.
